If we no longer have the item you have ordered or there is a delay for whatever reason, we will endeavour to contact you at the email address you provided us with when placing your order. If we are unable to contact you, or get no reply to our email, we will not supply you with a substitute product, unless you have instructed us otherwise.

We are not obliged to supply the products you have ordered, unless we have them in stock and at the price stated.

Orders will not be accepted for the following reasons:

An item you have ordered is not in stock.
Your payment is not authorised.
There is an error with either the product or pricing

THE CWFL SHOP LTD is not obliged to supply products ordered through this website and the display of any items is not an offer to sell. The refusal of any offer to purchase by you, at any time, is at our sole discretion and we reserve this right to do so.

Please note, all prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate and are in pounds sterling. When you place an order with us, you are offering to buy the item at the price that has been stated, subject to these terms.

Legal ownership of the items will be retained by us until you have made full payment and it has been received by us. In the case of the payment being refunded to you by ourselves, legal ownership of the goods will immediately revert back to us. Risk on the items will be immediately passed to you on delivery to your address.
